Kinesiotaping
Most people know kinesiotaping from watching pro sports or the Olympic Games. Kinesiotape is a stretchy cotton tape which can be applied to the skin in a number of different ways to help to relieve pain, increase motion, or decrease swelling. It is used to help treatment continue for up to a few days following a therapy session.
